SUMMARY:Open Hack Night - April 2026
DESCRIPTION:Mill Forge Makerspace welcomes members\, volunteers\, friends\, and the public to Open Hack Night! \n\n\n\nCome talk with Mill Forge makers about new projects\, new tools at the space\, and the soon-to-be-completed 800 square foot welding area! Switching to backyard projects for the spring? Check out framing tools\, home automation projects\, and gardening ideas. (Maybe check out a work bay\, too!) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOpen Hack is a semi-regular informal gathering of the Mill Forge community and is open to the public. Come meet makerspace members\, show off a project\, get some help with a tough challenge\, or bounce ideas off of like-minded makers. \n\n\n\n(Light refreshments will be served.)

SUMMARY:Pitch Us A Class!
DESCRIPTION:More classes are being added\, but if you are an expert\, a dedicated hobbyist\, a potential student\, or someone with niche experience or training\, we’d love to hear your ideas for a course! \n\n\n\nMill Forge pays our instructors\, usually $60 per hour (assuming at least 3 students). \n\n\n\nHow to pitch: Put together a brief description of the class; some photos\, drawings\, or designs for projects students would be creating or learning to make; a rough materials list\, and an estimate of how many course hours and students would make a good class. It doesn’t have to be anything elaborate – just enough to get the idea. \n\n\n\nEmail us at info@millforge.org or use the contact form to send your idea. We’ll get back to you with questions\, and get your course on the calendar if it’s a good fit!
