Classes

Join us for equipment training, public classes, and special project courses. Mill Forge offers classes in basic equipment operation and safety for new members to certify on the tools available to members. For more advanced makers, we offer a variety of programs covering skills and techniques taught by experienced makers and experts. And if you’re looking for inspiration or a communal building or crafting experience, you’ll find it in our project-oriented classes!

All classes are open to the public and discounted for members, unless otherwise noted.

We are always seeking experts to train and teach our maker space community. Course instructors for non-promotional classes are paid, and we look forward to hearing from you.

Events

Mill Forge’s nearly 6,000 square feet of workshop space and nearly one acre of paved lot provide space for memorable scenic flat raisings, fire and forging workshops, large-scale art projects, and events oriented to creative makers. Come to Mill Forge for a mini Maker Faire, Open Hack Night, or forge pouring, or have your own private event!
