(Ages 6+) In this one-hour class students will learn the necessary skills to make a small wooden robot that they can decorate when complete! Skills learned will include:

1. Reading a simple blueprint
2. Measuring, squaring, and cutting small pieces of wood
3. Light sanding
4. Drilling
5. Using a screw driver, wood hammer, wood glue for assembly
6. Final inspection

 

Hands tools will be used for all operations and class will begin with a brief review of shop safety.
