Introductory course on basic safety and operation of 3D printing (FDM/extrusion) equipment at Mill Forge Makerspace. This class will cover basic care and feeding of 3D printers, slicer and printer management software, and the basic 3D modeling tool, Tinkercad.

Anticipated coverage will include:

• Setup and maintenance of Bambu A1 and X1 Carbon printers
• 3D Printing Filament Types and Their Uses
• Bambu Handy and Bambu Studio software
• Printing from existing models, including model adjustments
• Basic 3D Modeling with Tinkercad

Attendees will be able to print and take home a small model. Some models may print overnight and be available to pick up later.
