Description

1.5 Horsepower dust collection system expanded with an Oneida Dust Deputy XL Cyclone Separator and a Baldwin PA2363-equivalent air filter.

Notes/Tips

  • Check the galvanized collection bin before and after any use that generates significant chip/dust (e.g., planer, lathe, or jointer work). Empty the bin if more than 2/3 full.
  • If the collection bag beneath the air filter has more than a handful of sawdust in it, it’s likely that the dust collection bin has filled and backed up into the air filter. The air filter will need to be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled.
  • Make sure that all dust blast gates are closed when not in use. This ensures maximum suction on the tools where blast gates are open.
